Comfortable beds, comfortable location with a lovely river view from the room and just a short walk to the Annakeesta ticket booth, making it easy to explore the area.

Staying here was a great choice as we were just a few steps away from all the excitement on the Gatlinburg strip and could easily walk to amazing attractions like Anakeesta and Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, all under 1.5 km away, plus we enjoyed relaxing by the Roaring Fork Creek right behind our room which provided a peaceful retreat after our daily adventures; the rooms were comfortable and clean with nice amenities like a microwave and fridge, but the bedding could have been a bit fresher.

The location is ideal. It’s a short walk to shopping and dining. The balcony views of the creek are stunning. Waking up to see a bear stroll by was a unique experience. Beds are comfortable, and the room was spacious enough for my kids. Daily maid service was appreciated, providing fresh towels and supplies. there are notable downsides. The carpet needs deep cleaning, and my room had an unpleasant odor. The shower pressure was lacking, and I encountered high hot water temperatures, which could be dangerous. An unexpected deposit upon arrival felt unfair. The staff was friendly, yet not well-informed. Potential improvements could enhance what is otherwise a pleasant stay.

The balcony overlooking the babbling creek was a highlight. It’s a peaceful spot, especially with the charming bear cub light display at night. Staff provided solid service and fresh towels daily. the room could use some TLC; the refrigerator was dirty, and we found stains on the sheets even after a change. Parking got tight, and noise from above was disruptive at times. Still, the location felt safe, and it’s convenient for walking to shops and restaurants. A lovely stay overall, but small improvements could make it even better.

The room was comfortable and the beds were surprisingly decent for a hotel. The rolling creek behind the room provided a soothing sound that made sleeping easier, especially at night. Temperature control was great; we kept the AC at 70, which was perfect for cuddling. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing water and snacks upon arrival. Noise was minimal despite full occupancy, a definite plus with kids around. some spider webs were present in the corners, and water pressure in the shower was low. The patio offered a lovely view, but it wasn't private.

The aquarium nearby was swell. The airport's not miles away. Wi, Fi and vending machine , top, notch amenities. Bedtime entertainment with cable. Dollywood's just a hop away, not that I went.
Pleasant surprise , a trash bag in my room on arrival.

First off, let's talk about the room. The air conditioning was a lifesaver on those hot days. It kept the room nice and cool, which was perfect for getting a good night's sleep. there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, which was a bit disappointing as I love my morning cup of coffee. The garden furniture was a nice touch. It was great to sit outside and enjoy the view of the creek. I did wish they had more comfortable seating options. The chairs were a bit stiff. As for amenities, the room had an AM/FM alarm clock and a flat-screen TV. The TV was a good size and had a decent channel selection. It was nice to wind down with some TV after a long day of exploring. Now, let's talk about housekeeping. The room was clean and tidy when I arrived, so props to the housekeeping staff for that. I did notice some areas that could use a bit more attention. The carpet looked like it could use a deep clean, and I noticed some spots on the curtains. On the bright side, the laundry service was convenient. I was able to get some laundry done during my stay, which was a nice bonus. my stay at Bear Creek Inn had its ups and downs. The air conditioning and garden furniture were highlights, but the lack of tea and coffee facilities and some cleanliness issues were a bit of a downside. the friendly staff and convenient laundry service made up for it.

Breakfast was not provided, and the inability to open the windows for fresh air was a downside. The water pressure in the shower was low, and the neighborhood felt unsafe for walking around.

Dirty rooms with visible dust, stains, and unclean bedding. Poor maintenance with spider webs and trash around the property.
